Simon Bull Art Academy

For the first time in his internationally celebrated career, artist Simon Bull is inviting students into the heart of his creative process with a powerful new online course. Whether you're an aspiring painter, a practicing artist, or someone longing to express yourself more freely, this course will guide you to unlock your unique artistic voice through color, emotion, and intuition.

Simon is known not only for the joy and energy that radiate from his paintings, but also for his boldly unconventional techniques. He often paints directly with bottles of color, and uses paper towels instead of brushes, creating richly textured, emotionally charged works that burst with spontaneity and life. These signature methods—developed over decades of fearless experimentation—form the foundation of what he now shares with students for the first time.

His expressive, emotionally rich style has earned him a passionate global audience of over 800,000 followers on Instagram and more than 500,000 on Facebook, where he shares his process, insights, and inspiration with a vibrant creative community.

Now, through this online course, Simon is sharing the tools, mindset, and techniques that have fueled his creative journey—giving you a rare opportunity to learn directly from an artist whose mission is to help others find freedom, joy, and confidence in their own work.

Simon’s artistic career spans over 45 years, with exhibitions around the world. In 2019, he was named the official artist for the National Cherry Blossom Festivalin Washington, D.C., where his commemorative painting won international recognition.

Today, Simon’s work is represented exclusively through Meuse Gallery, his own fine art gallery chain with locations in Aspen, Napa Valley, and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Through these galleries—and now through this course—Simon continues his mission: to spread light, beauty, and the transformative power of art to collectors, students, and creatives everywhere.
